Binfield Cricket Club

Binfield Cricket Club is a long established institution, playing it's home games at the F.W.E. Goates Memorial ground, situated on the Forest Road just on the outskirts of the village. There are Berkshire League games played every Saturday afternoon beginning at 2.30pm and friendly games, most Sundays starting at the same time.

If you would like to be involved in playing, please contact the Secretary, Paul Smith on 01344 413190.

There is also an ever-increasing colts section for the juniors. This involves a Wednesday evenning coaching session held by a number of their players and begins at 6.00pm. If your child would like the chance to become the next Darren Gough or Graham Thorpe, please contact Colin Canty on 01344 868064.

Also on Wednesday nights, there will be a senior players net session just as soon as the nets can be brought up to standard following a terribly wet spring.

Or, if you just want to come along and watch, bring a parasol to fend off the blazing sunshine and relax for the afternoon.

There is also a bar that will be open staffing levels permitting. Binfield CC
